There are many good memories that go along with this picture. Mr. Moore bought forty acres of land and the main road going off Lookout Mountain ran through his property.. At the side of the yard to the left was a wagon road which went almost straight to Uncle Wes and Aunt Etta Bradford’s home. They had a large rose garden and Damson Plum trees, Concord and Lutie Grape vines. They had many other fruit trees. Their garden was described almost as “The Garden of Eden”. There were also huge American chestnut trees and pines as well. Submitted by Lola Moore Kyte.
